Liability form for each rider must be signed and brought the day of the event, can be sent to Darcy Johnson MFH or completed on line.
Trainers cannot sign for minors. Parent or guardian must sign. Changing divisions not permitted: checks must be received and entries close by Wednesday April 23rd
