Please complete address information for each rider
Liability form for each rider must be signed and brought the day of the event or along with the registration form can be sent to Darcy Johnson MFH or sent through the on line payment.
Trainers cannot sign for minors. Parent or guardian must sign. Changing divisions not permitted.
- Helmets, boots, bridles and saddles with stirrups required.
- Carpooling is encouraged to allow for ample parking.
- Coggins and Rabies vaccination certificate must be shown upon request.
